Best new Shining game in a decade?

I've been looking forward to trying this one, so, would anyone say its worth it to hunt down an import? I still play Shining Force for the gba and Shining Force II now and then (thank you Steam), and have been wanting a new Shining Force game like the older ones. Plus the description of the battle system reminded me of Namco X Capcom, and that was always fun~
