Which is the best book?

Postby Demonic Weasel » Thu Nov 18 2004 12:01am

I don't know which one is the best. The first one probably is the one that makes the most sense, therfore a miracle. The second one has Deanna and the best characters. The third one has the best villians and the most interesting story. I don't really count the extra boss battle, but it's definitely the hardest. Well I don't know, so what do ya think? If I had to pick one I guess it would be book 3...

I am not 100% sure what the best books are overall because i have only just got the game and played the beginnings off books 1 & 2. So far i think that book 2 is the best one!
I just signed Gerrard!!

I'm gonna say book three because you have so many more people to choose from. Because of this you have so many more possibilities. Book 4 is a really close 2 though because it has such a challenging battle, but alas it is only one battle.

I'm in agreement with 69 on this one. the potential of having 4 characters with bolt level 4 in one party is just too hard to resist!

I've always preferred Book 2 to the other ones, though 1 and 3 are easily very close to it. I really like the characters in Book 2 more than the first, for some reason -- beyond that, it's simply the part of the game I always think about first (otherwise, Book 3 would probably reign there, since I can have all the characters instead).

Yeah, well I definitely really enjoy number 4 but like I said it doesn't really count as a book to me. I always found book 1 more playable, but that's probably because I owned the gamegear Sword of Hajya first. At any rate they're all good in their own way.

Isn't book three the easiest?? It seems like all the enemies are just really weak and it doesn't seem appealing to me. I like how you can make your ultimate team out of 40?? characters though.

While Book 3 is somewhat easy, it's still kind of fun. I personally like the villians, but hey each to his own. I like Book 3.

I voted Book 2 because I think characters are the best ones..Yes of course you can play with all of them in book 3 but I played on an emulator and without Ram cartridge, I couldn't play with the hidden characters and with my own stats! :damnit:
Besides, book is harder than the others without Ram...

Ah, I've actually never understood why so many people are so turned on by book 2. Sure it has some great characters, but so does book 1 and book 3 has 'em all, and book 4 is a challenge. I just never got it I guess.

Book 2, just because I played sword of hayja like a crazy madman when I had it... a loooong time ago. That kick ass freeze 3 was awesome even though it was a bug :)

I've only played the beginings of the first two books. From what I saw at first, I like Book 1 the best so far, just because of the heavy ties with SF1. Although, my opinion may change as my playing progresses.
