You missed one.

Someone checked out Beginner Swordsmanship while Bowie was off killing Gizmos. By the time he gets out of the castle (and Granseal is all but a ruin), there's a new book on that shelf called Tricks of the Sword. There's also apparently an invisible hole in the wall that Bowie can reach through to get the book.

Good catch Stor. I never thought of searching before and after a battle. Do you know of more occurrences of this?

No, the Higins glitch is related to the chirrup sandals.

Oh okay :)
Those sandals are suppose to make enemies go for the person who has them equipped but some reason when i equip them, they still go for my weakest character...

They don't do that, unless i'm mistaken. The chirrup sandals make the chirrup noise when you move and cause the higins glitch to happen.

I have not given up on this task. Just finished grinding up levels in Creeds mansions' rat hole. I was having a tough time before that with no grinding. I should have done this search on easy :) I have Creed's books I will upload later.

It's worth noting that the Jap version of the game has some titles in Astral's study that were censored from the Eng version:

"mufufu musume ni dokkiri" ...toiu hon ga aru
chotto mitai kigasuru

(mangled translation):
"shocking the giggling girl" ...one of the titles reads.
I kinda feel like reading it

"harenchi wa ecchi no hajimari" ...toiu hon ga aru
Kenja-sama wa ecchi nano kamo

(mangled translation):
"shamelessness is the start of indecency" ...one of the titles reads.
The master Sage might be a pervert.

Some other titles may also be mis/creatively-translated:

"kyouryuu daizukan"
The big encyclopedia of dinosaurs

"Kenja no susume"
Advice of the sages

"Midorigame to totsuzenheni"
Red-eared terrapins and mutation ----> Kiwi reference, ain't it?

To recreate that story using Bolt. It's why Astral became a wizard. ;)

Domingo and a pervy Astral and bolt spells is just too inappropriate a mix.

Doesn't Astral have a fire spell?

He tries to cast one against Cameela on the bridge but she jumps it :D

Isn't that like his exorcism spell? He did something similar to King Granseal and it didn't hurt him, did it?

Quote after Cameela dodges the spell-
Astral: "Well done. You dodged my fireball."
