I've played this game on 4 consoles. Sega genesis, xbox360, pc, and just finishing up on psp. Technically 5 if you count the Sega channel

Most games I finish once but the first 2 SF games are games that never seem to get boring or dated no matter how many times I complete them,
Judge others not by their actions but why they do it.

Agreed. Thinking about playing it again, I got like a thousand games on the psp and don't want to play any of them. I kinda hate starting up older rpg's I never played before as I usually find myself having to look at a walkthrough every 20 minutes.

Most Genesis fans probably have multiple collections already, but this one has fast forward and rewind built into all of the games. There no special menu for just push L2 or R2. Great for shining force.

A rewind feature would be incredibly useful for people who actually care about getting rare drops like the Taros Sword.

I've never gotten that thing, on psp I can just use save states in the emulator . Never even thought about that, used them in the past for the mithril weapons. Any other ones that are random drops?
