Well, with 12 Guntz, 4 of them would have a strong weapon; the 2 halberds, the devil lance, and the Valkyrie.

I dunno; twelve ARCHs attacking enemies at range...even Hans could be effective with those odds.
Besides, most of Hans' suckage is because he doesn't get an arrow upgrade until Rindo Circus, and then he must wait again until Pao Prairie Battle to get his Elven Arrow.
Twelve of him (or Diane, who has better DEF to compensate) will mitigate that.

I started a 12 man Max hack several months ago but never finished it. It was sort of a little side project while I worked on my sf2 hack. If theres interest I may pick it up again, though.

It'd be easy to do. Just copy the data from one character's slot into every other slot.

I'm just about done now. I'm going to finish up some graphical stuff (aligning weapons to sprites in the animations, etc), then release a patch. Note this will be Max only for now, and I won't be testing characters that come promoted or the Max that took Domingo's spot, so stats for them may be a little wacky. I'll let people tell me what I need to adjust when they play.
I'll do other character armies on request, but it would be nice to have other people help out with some of the more tedious stuff and I'll just work on graphics.
