And when you're done looking in the mirror pining after all the men you see there - both real and imagined - remember the wisdom of Morty: "Nobody exists on purpose, nobody belongs anywhere, everybody's gonna die. Come watch TV."

...

Just breaking your balls, CW.
But seriously, Westworld was amazing. Although that's not TV. It's HBO.

Alright I'm going to see my therapist today and just wish to say my piece since the subject has been changed.

Meh. Not so much into cartoons these days. After seeing Adventure Time and MLP:FIM, I personally believe cartoons nowadays are tripping on acid these days. I can't stand the technicolor look of these cartoons. Problem Solverz is the biggest offender. That's not a cartoon, but a major headache to watch.

Also, watched Beauty and the Beast live action remake. Emma Watson has really come far. Last time I remembered she was just a geeky child who played Hermione from the Harry Potter films.

I'm a little apprehensive to watch any of these Disney remakes. I'm sure I'll see it eventually but there are somethings that should be left alone, and Disney classics to me are one of those things. *nods*

I saw parts of the Jungle Book Remake, or most of it. I really didn't appreciate what they did to King Louie.

Understandable there CW. I was so indifferent from watching the live action remake of Jungle Book, and I was expecting the same for Beauty and the Beast remake. However, I give it a chance and really enjoyed it just as much as the Disney animated version. The changes you might not like would be that the song 'No one does like Gaston' is nowhere near as good as the Disney animated version. Plus, idk maybe its just me, but live action Gaston is a little scrawny.

However, I enjoyed the Beast's design (looks very similar to the Disney animated version except he's a little scrawny just like Gaston) and the designs of the inanimated objects especially Lumier. It seems like a faithful adaptation, plus they made the side characters very interesting and compelling IMO, especially Lefou. Emma Watson is a solid choice as Belle. Never imagined she'd become that beautiful so I enjoyed this live action one. :)

Whoever was the sound engineer for that movie royally sucked. It's especially evident in Kaa's segment - every time he (or is it 'she' in this one, since I believe it was Scarlett Johansson who voiced it) spoke/sang, the background music got super quiet, then came back up. Every. Damn. Time. Almost gave me a headache listening to it.

You know what gave me a headache?

Life of Pi.
When he found teeth in the fruit, my brain said "f*ck THIS. f*ck YOU FOR MAKING ME WATCH THIS. YOU DESERVE PAIN, YOU STUPID f*ck."

That movie lost me when the ship went down.

At first I was like "This is great, it's a young man on a spiritual journey to find himself." and then the ship goes down and I go "Oh hey, this is kind of... No this is really stupid.. He would have died like 50 times by now and in dozens of different ways and totally wouldn't be able to see that shit...." and then there was the rest of the movie where I was going "Yeah, I'm never going to watch this ever again so long as I live." and "How could they drop the ball that hard?"

Never seen Life of Pi. Never seen live-action Jungle Book. Have no interest in seeing live-action B&TB.

Give me the new Spider-Man film and Thor: Ragnarok!

Last weekend, I saw the new Ghost in the Shell. As someone who has seen the original movies and parts of the series, I enjoyed the live-action in the context of an alternative retelling. It's made me want to watch everything all over again! Maybe read the manga. Also, we need more cyberpunk in general.

The upcoming movie I'm most looking forward to right now is Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. Since I love The Fifth Element, I have high hopes for it.

Definitely agree on needing more cyberpunk.

Steampunk too.

Can we all just take a minute to appreciate Scarlett Johansson?

Yeah...

That being said, there needs to be shit tons more Cyberpunk, and Steampunk, and truth be told if I could afford to I'd probably have entire wardrobes of both. As it stands the watch I wear when I dress up is Steampunk. Hidden in plain sight. (Like my Cthulhu ring I wear as a wedding band.)

I'm looking forward to the Cyberpunk 20XX game that CDProjeckt Red are doing. I love The Witcher games, so I've high hopes for the scope of the Cyberpunk RPG.

On the battlefield, when everything is chaos/ you have nothing but the way you feel, your strategy and a sword/ just think of the life you'll have together after the war

Hey, Rune?
Remember when you were like "Genders and shinies are nice, but it makes a complete dex a bitch?"

I noticed the other day, it doesn't give you credit for everything you have... I guess there's some date cutoff? Kind of annoying. I just so happen to have hatched a male and female Lapras, but the female was months ago so that circle is still greyed. I have a Venusaur, but both circles are greyed. Aerodactyl, Grimer, same story as Lapras. f*cking Niantic.

I wonder if powering something up would make the game "see" it, but I'll have to scan through shit and find something to try that with that isn't rare as f*ck.

I noticed that too, and it's definitely high up there on the total bullshit scale.

I did a quick check for your proposed fix. And no. I powered up a beedrill for one candy, and I still have neither gender marked in the pokedex.

Steampunk is all about the aesthetics. I've only played a few games with it that I've liked.
