I love new demos :) Anything I find I will post for you to look at.
EDIT:
1. Ian's name shows up as Ian during dialogue even if you use a different name.
2. Some sprite pixel issues. Ruburan appears to have a black bar above his head. Ruburan also does not show lightning quick speed trying to evade Mead and Adam. Without using Gamemaker I don't know if sprite speed can be changed like in RPG Maker.
3. Not sure if intended but the slime in the lower left of battle 1 did not move at all for me. The back goblin on the left also stayed put.
4. Sonette seems huge, but you may also be trying to edit battle sprites based on character heights as well. Knuckles seems big too but that makes sense.
5. My team appears to kill people when drawing their weapons back. I notice it most of Mead.
6. This one is freaking me out... Ian when selected his sprite looks fine but after his turn one eye gets really thin and sometimes it switches to the other side of his head. Reminds me of I believe it was Waterworld when their eye lids blink side to side. Just noticed it on Mead and Sonette in battle 3 as well. I moved their sprites left to right and ended turn and noticed one eye got thin as well.
7. I egressed from Kraken battle and it brought me to Hassan (kind of) looked like a picture of Hassan I was walking above. When i left Hassan I was sent to the Ancient Tower with Ruburan at the Caravan again. When I left there I was sent to Hassan but at the bottom of the screen near the docks.
8. Biggest Thing so far...... I had a blast. Thanks for your hard work.

I appreciate all the information that helps alot. I'll work on checking these issues out. That room you went to was a primitive room from the early stages of the game when designing Hassan. That is funny that you managed to get there. Egress is still buggy at the moment sorry about that!

Yes you are right it's definitely very buggy but please go ahead and use it at your own precaution I will add information in the version section.

Hello everyone,

I apologize for the lack of recent updates I was going through a hard semester in my education and wanted to buckledown for financial and academic reasons. However I proudly release Version 1.07 to show some work has been done in the project.

My next school term will be a workterm so I will once again have more time to work on the project. So on a positive note the progress in the game will once again be steady and regular updates can be expected.

Wishing everyone all the best during this Holiday Season and I hope you enjoy the Release. :thumbsup:

Hello Everyone,

The newest version 1.0.8 is out please see the patch notes.

Look forward to the next release it will contain many bug fixes, and even a new graphical representation of Ian thanks to the help of Zephyr and some of my tweaking to animate her art.

For those wondering where the saving feature saves your files:

Blaze 2 still looks alright the only issue is I have still not fully updated it from the previous release to add in the flame it is only the meteors. Version 1.10 should be out soon stay tuned.

Hey LO - Great new demo!

However I came to an issue when I egressed in Battle 2 (Knuckles got defeated in Battle 1), to which the game just crashed.

I read above that Egress is still buggy. Hopefully you'll be able to sort out it's glitches, as I really do like how the game is looking and playing :)

Hey Swalchy,

Glad you liked the demo, yes you are right Egress is quite buggy I really do appreciate the positive feedback. The good news is in the next version. Egress is all sorted out. In the current version your character doesn't really have anywhere to go when he egresses. Now with the introduction of the town this issue is solved.

Thank you for your continuing support.

EDIT: Version 1.10 is out, my recommendation is to not experiment too much since the next version includes proper saving and this saving can be transferred among versions so you can play where you left off.

You're right only the installer version has been made correctly strangely. I have updated the main link for the stand alone.
