Shining Force III: "The magic effect in Shining Force 3 is top level"

Hello guys and gals!
I came across a video on youtube that i'm sure you all want to see:

It's a review about the hardware of the sega saturn and the myth that it was not able to do transparency. In that video also, the author says "the magic effect in shining force 3 is top level of special effects among saturn titles". So, i thought the fans of sega saturn and shining force in SFC would love to see this video! Here is the link:

Yeah unless you are technical, it is really hard to explain why the Saturn was not able to do full transparency. It is a shame that the engineers didn’t add a better way to blend the 2 framebuffers, it would have dominated the 2d homefront.
