It may just be because I've never actually finished the game, but I've always been confused about this. Is there an actual difference between Aspinia and Aspia? I mean, the adjective form Aspinian appears in the game, but I don't think the adjective form Aspian ever appears (although I could be mistaken). Is the word Aspia an inconsistent mistranslation, or is it an actually different thing?

Well that makes a great deal of sense (not sarcastic). Thank you for clearing that up for me. Now knowing this, I imagine that the next time I really try to play through it (or I reach that point in my project), I'll feel very silly for not realizing that on my own. lol.

all in all the game is pretty complex with so many names thrown around. I've played through the scenarions multiple times (except 3rd) and now think I fully understand everything and every name.

Don't feel too bad about it. By time I beat the game, I still kept mixing up which was which because of how similar they are.
