I highly doubt those panty vending machines would be available in Japan as they're surprisingly difficult to find Chaos Wizard. Why would I know this? Seen a vlog of Pewdiepie's trip in Japan. If I remember, in the video he couldn't find those panty vending machines and was living in Tokyo as memory serves. Been months since I watched that vlog video. Correct me if I'm wrong about Pewdiepie's vlog.
