Awesome, thanks for the heads up, the cdrtools + copying to data directory for the patcher worked!

Here's the V18 patcher with updated cygwin and mkisofs files - tested and working on Windows 10 x64:

To make the patcher work in Windows 10 64bit all I did was follow the suggestions of others in this thread. So if you don't trust my upload then you can just do the same and it will work fine.

Don't know who it is, but I have the files and they are working, but I can't verify it works with Win10 since I'm on Win7.
