Character Bios

Is there any where that talks about where the characters are from? Like what cities or towns. Or is there a good way to make educated guesses based on what species/class they are? I'm curious about all characters but first off where the original team got together that was in Taros Temple with Max and Ridion.

The Japanese strat guides might have something. I'll take a look later.
