PSP releases are still viable in Japan so I guess it could head there. If not 3DS/Vita for sure.

Not that we'll see it.

Still salty that the PSP died an untimely death in NA and Sega has been shitty about localizing anything.

It died because no one was bringing any of the better games states side. For example the Suikoden 1 and 2 combo port that they got in Japan and we never got.

officially, for Sega, all the title except Force Neo, Exa and Feather are part of the same canon of the old games, but Camelot don't recognise the game they din't made.

They just really seem to hate their handhelds. They bring them out, and then don't give them the love they need to succeed over here.

But yet the PSP is still going pretty well over in Japan. There are still somewhat high-profile games being released. Not so much with the Vita...

Let me specify, then - they seem to really hate their handhelds in the US. I should have clarified, admittedly ;)

Indeed. Even Europe got some love with the ports of one of the Tales games and Breath of Fire III.

How much is the Tales game over there, anyway? I'd like to get it, but I don't want to pay the $60+ Amazon will charge me.

The game is being done by Media Vision. These are the Wild ARMs folks.

It's for PSP, so no chance of leaving Japan.

Surprise: Tony Taka is the artist.
