This was posted by a user in the SFC facebook page. It says in the comments where he bought it from.

Hopefully the best thing to come out of this might be that more shining force fans on facebook become aware of the project and get to play all scenarios of SF3 in english.

They were scammed into purchasing stolen property.
Since they could've gotten the translations for free from the rightful owners, they are victims not co-conspirators.
