I like your sense of humor, and I like the second battle (especially with the high-level spells available). I didn't think it was too difficult or too easy, but somewhere nicely in-between. It does 'feel' like a shining force game, which is great. Looking forward to more!

Definitely trying this demo out after classes today.

I tried the second battle for 5 times. Sadly, i'm too bad for being victorious but i like it.
One thing : when the battle restart, it seems that the turn order is just continuing and not restarting. So each time you loose, each start is different (see attachement even if it's not very useful). Perturbing. This is maybe the only bug i found.
And also, surprisingly, after a battle restart, Dark fog seems to block attacks 2 time more than before. Just an impression.
Shining Hopeful wrote:Oh, I like the idea of random turn order, that keep you guessing without taking matters 'out of your hands' in terms of choices in battle. You just don't know who you can use next.
I've done the first battle and got through it. Everything feels very "Shining", well done.
I also liked the jokes about recognisable people here. There are some typos but nothing in the demo doesn't work the right way. I'll post again when I have a go at the second battle.
