luck stat question

i got julian's luck to 11 with two cookies but it would not accept anymore when i went to use the rest of the cookies.

so, i read the maximum increase is up to 9 so why did it not reject the 2nd cookie like it did the 3rd?

Is he wearing an accessory that boosts luck?

Also, I don't remember if a lucky cookie usually allows you to go past 9 or not (even though jumesyn says not).

That would explain it. His base luck stat is now 9.

Yeah, the movement and luck caps are for boosters only, therefore you can get even higher with equipment.

But back to the initial topic: Unlike for movement, there is no point in boosting the luck to 9 and wearing a luck increasing equipment. If you want to prepare your force for the PD battles, it is actually better to increase not only 1 characters luck stat.
