Oh yeah. Sarcarm.
Nethertheless, I've had more emails from her, leading me to also believe she fooled you guys. I just hope Justican can get his money back. | Uh, I kinda got the jist of it. Hence, I responded with some hyperbolic remarks of my own. And Alpha, what exactly did she say in his/her email? I kinda am curious; but if you do not feel comfortable, then do not worry about the emails/messages. Now, remember when I wrote this in the topic that Daria closed: "How soon do you wish to be paid? And second, I hope you know, Western Union kinda is a hassle. Not only is it expensive, it is difficult to be traced if a transaction gets lost. Could you please let me know of alternatives to Western Union. In the meantime, could you reserve the Holy Arks Work Book for me? " Well, that should have warned folks about WU. To Luck: I couldn't agree more. |

This is very troublesome and it couldent of come of a worse time. I have enough money for this month but for the next month, the games I could of sold to orange gort would be able to pay for my food after this month, being a student Its hard for me to come across money, thats why im selling bits and bobs to keep up. If anyone is looking for an MP3 player, Ive got this one for sale, £50 inc P&p pictured HERE. If no one is interested by wednesday, its going up on ebay. Ill be looking into getting a job, dont want to as this is a very serious time to get on with my uni work, as there are 3 assaignments needing to be done by the end of the month, then the big one end of june, and stress levels are extremely high at the moment, not to mension all the other problems im having to chase up. As for getting my money back, Ive read the T&C's on the back of the WU's receipt, it looks like they want you to know who you are sending the money to, so I dont think there going to take any responsibilty that there service was used in the matter of any fraud, I got this from the site: "Make sure you know to whom you are sending money. If you are purchasing goods or services and paying through the Western Union network, it is your responsibility to verify the reputation and legitimacy of the seller. Western Union is not responsible for the non-receipt or quality of any goods or services." Frankly, if he dosent send the games and dosent respond with trying to get a refund, Im vestly curious on how this is going to turn out. I dont want to have £206 just disappear from the bank whilst someone from the community I thought was cool (the only posts I saw here where actually good ones) but turned out to have some disagreements with other members, having free cash in his/her pocket because I trusted most of the members of this board. I give my thanks to Alpha, your PM's are helpful and I would be eternally grateful if you can help see this though, and to anyone else in the community willing to help out. Another snippet from WU: "Contact your government's Office of Consumer Affairs if you are uncertain or suspicious of a telephone, mail or email solicitation." ill look into that. |
